Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and immediately get in touch with us if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
If your item has been damaged in transit you will need to lodge this directly with NZPost.
We are not responsible for any damages caused to the item once opened and used by the customer.
